ITIL Process Coordinator - Dallas, TX

We are seeking an ITIL Process Coordinator at Dallas, TX to support end-to-end IT service operations across Release, Change, Problem, and Incident Management. The role ensures smooth production releases, accurate change planning, timely problem resolution, and SLA-driven incident coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate system releases, plan release activities, and facilitate stakeholder meetings
Manage change requests, review schedules, assess risks/impacts, and conduct CAB meetings
Track IT production changes and provide performance reporting
Drive problem investigations, validate solutions, and manage known errors
Monitor daily incidents, assign tickets to the right teams, and prevent SLA breaches
Engage cross-functional teams during escalations and high-priority incidents

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with ITIL processes (Change/Release/Problem/Incident)
Strong coordination, communication, and prioritization skills
Ability to work with multiple teams and manage operational workflows
Familiarity with service management tools (ServiceNow preferred)
