About the Role:
We are seeking a ServiceNow (SNOW) Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow Business Analysis and ITSM platforms. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to design, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
You will play a key role in requirement gathering, solution design, process optimization, and governance activities within the technical excellence unit. This position offers the opportunity to influence platform strategy, contribute to solution ownership, and collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed understanding of business requirements and translate them into optimized ServiceNow solutions.
- Apply ServiceNow best practices to design configurations that meet or exceed functional expectations.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key project stakeholders to guide them toward adopting optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect to validate technical feasibility and identify opportunities to reduce implementation efforts.
- Participate in and support quality management reviews, ensuring alignment with business and design requirements.
- Configure ServiceNow solutions and assist technical teams with any necessary custom development.
- Support test plan creation, execution, and defect management as needed.
- Contribute to Organizational Change Management (OCM) by providing insights on future-state processes and system behavior.
- Lead internal business process story development and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Serve as a member of the operational committee for the technical excellence governance unit.
- Own solutions and development deliverables for the Scrum team, ensuring adherence to technical governance standards.
- Guide junior developers and assist the Scrum Team Lead BA with client management, requirement refinement, and estimation activities.

- ServiceNow Business Analysis-P2(Intermediate)
- ServiceNow Platform-P2(Intermediate)
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow Business Analysis and ITSM processes.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, configurations, and process design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to lead requirement-gathering workshops.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with story writing and backlog refinement.
- Ability to guide team members and contribute to governance and best-practice development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting OCM initiatives for platform implementations.
- Exposure to custom development efforts within the ServiceNow platform.
- Prior involvement in operational governance committees or technical excellence frameworks.
