Job Details
Job Title: Lead CX Engineer
Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid) / Charlotte / Chandler AZ.
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Must Haves
- 7+ years of experience as a CX Engineer, Digital Experience Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven experience leading teams or initiatives in enterprise environments (Financial, Healthcare, or Insurance sectors preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence (project and documentation management).
- Hands-on experience with Glassbox (admin-level preferred).
- Familiarity with session replay and digital analytics tools (Quantum Metric, FullStory).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
Nice to Haves
- Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, or EUM for performance monitoring.
- Exposure to operability, monitoring, or DevOps environments (Jenkins, Artifactory).
- Development experience or understanding of Swift UI / iOS preferred.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting for CX insights.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for Client CX and session replay tools (Glassbox)
- Manage user access, permissions, and general tool administration.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that highlight digital experience trends and insights.
- Partner with product, technology, and UX teams to troubleshoot performance issues and identify customer pain points.
- Support stakeholder discussions by providing technical and functional knowledge of CX tools.
- Lead operational intake pipelines and ensure timely responses to business requests.
