Testing Lead Dynamics 365 Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Finance

Overview:

We are seeking experienced Testing Leads with deep functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) specifically across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance domains. These leads will be responsible for driving, managing, and executing end-to-end testing for an ERP implementation, ensuring total process coverage, discipline, and software quality control aligned with production excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Management
• Define comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules for all workstreams under Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Establish measurable test coverage across all critical business processes.
• Develop, manage, and maintain reusable test scenarios, test cases, and scripts for Dynamics 365 and custom ISV solutions.
• Execution & Governance
• Direct and perform hands-on testing functional, integration, and regression across end-to-end business processes.
• Identify gaps, defects, and risks; track resolution and provide final quality control recommendations to stakeholders.
• Implement test management discipline that supports traceability, repeatability, and process verification consistent with Six Sigma and production quality standards.
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with on-site production operations and IT teams to validate software behavior against production processes.
• Extend and guide the offshore testing team (India) with domain-specific knowledge, ensuring alignment and quality of deliverables.
• Serve as a functional liaison between business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Required Expertise:

• Functional Expertise:
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
• Familiarity with production, warehouse management, job scheduling, costing, and quality control processes.
• Experience validating custom ISV solutions such as Dynamics Print or equivalent print/manufacturing extensions.

• Testing & Quality Discipline:
• Strong background in test management tools, coverage tracking, and defect lifecycle management.
• Proven experience in defining test KPIs: coverage %, pass/fail rates, risk assessment, and final quality certification.
• Mindset oriented toward precision and process verification, akin to production and financial controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 or AX (Manufacturing & Supply Chain).
• Prior experience in digital print, manufacturing, or process-driven industries.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or structured quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.

• Final Quality Control Certification Report ensuring readiness for production use.
