Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Miami, FL

Job Description:
looking for Technical Delivery Manager for Java Projects.
Role Overview
- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based client stakeholders.
- Manage project delivery across multiple software development initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between US and India teams on priorities, timelines, and quality.
- Drive Growth
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer relationship management in the US region.
- Drive project governance, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with offshore Delivery Managers for seamless coordination.
- Represent delivery status in client meetings, steering committees, and escalations.
- Support pre-sales and new opportunity identification when applicable.
Team Structure
- The team is spread globally – India, Brazil and USA
- Onshore developers and technical leads already in place (USA).
- Delivery Managers exist offshore, but no delivery leadership currently onshore.
