Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Description:

  • Lead a team of 12-15 individuals as a Salesforce Engineering Lead
  • LWC (3-4 yrs), Integration pattern (4+yrs) and Copado CI/CD experience are a must.
  • Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies and Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization.
  • Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce Sales/services Cloud and other related implementation engagements from a technical standpoint Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce - Sales/Services Cloud.
  • Understand the Architect, design, and guide advanced customizations utilizing the Salesforce sales/services cloud.
  • Mentor team members in Cloud technology, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects within our teams and with clients.
  • Designs and implements business technology solutions for Nonprofit and Higher Education customers, focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com Having a deep architectural understanding of implementing Salesforce for CRM.
  • Certifications must: Admin, PD1, PD2; Preferred: Sales and/or Service Cloud
