Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Integrations Developer to support a critical Workday integration project for a leading healthcare organization in New York, providing operational continuity and technical expertise for enterprise-level HR and ERP system integrations.

This 100% remote, 18 + month contract role requires a seasoned professional with 5 + years of hands-on Workday integration experience to maintain and monitor daily performance of enterprise integrations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related support. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday integration technologies including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and API integrations, with strong experience in HR systems and Workday internal applications and payroll. This position will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless data flows, implement new integrations and enhancements, and maintain compliance with organizational security standards. The role offers the opportunity to work with a sophisticated healthcare technology environment while supporting critical business operations during a strategic transition period.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations in mid-to-large enterprise environments
  • Strong command of Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation
  • Proven experience with Workday internal applications, payroll integrations, core connectors, and RAAS reports
  • Expertise in XSLT, XML, SOAP/REST web services, JSON, SFTP, and data transformation tools
  • Experience supporting Workday modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with capacity to analyze and resolve technical and functional issues independently
  • Experience with integration troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and end-to-end support ticket management
  • Knowledge of secure data transmission protocols, compliance requirements, and data security standards
