Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join an organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex integration projects that drive donor stewardship, fund accounting, and grantmaking processes. You will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless system integration and data accuracy, contributing to the organization's mission of fostering strong and vibrant communities.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of multi-system integration projects involving platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Give Interactive.
Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
Coordinate efforts across multiple departments, including IT, Finance, Philanthropic Services, Community Impact, and external vendors.
Define and implement clear data governance practices for donor, fund, grant, and financial information.
Oversee data mapping, system testing, reconciliation processes, and readiness for go-live implementation.
Facilitate change management initiatives, including training programs and promoting user adoption.
Deliver regular status updates and comprehensive reports to leadership.
Ensure alignment with compliance standards and financial controls throughout the integration process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and optimize system functionality.
Support the organization's mission by leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and transparency
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Proven expertise in leading enterprise-level system integration initiatives.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and donor or fund accounting systems like Give Interactive.
Strong understanding of philanthropic operations, including grantmaking and fund accounting.
Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
Familiarity with financial controls, audit procedures, and compliance requirements.
Preferred certifications in Agile Scrum or Project Management methodologies.
Experience working within community foundations or philanthropic organizations is highly desirable.
