Position: Senior Experience Designer (UX) with FIGMA

Location: Remote
Length: 6 months
Must Have FIGMA

Senior Product Designers at Client Side, should be strategic thinkers, strong systems designers, and condent consultants who can bring clarity to complex problem spaces. They balance vision and execution; moving uidly between framing problems, shaping direction, and crafting thoughtful, scalable product experiences. They collaborate closely with product managers and engineering partners, advocate for users, and communicate design rationale in a way that builds alignment and drives momentum. Above all, they are proactive, self-directed designers who can navigate ambiguity,

inuence decision-making, and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments.

Hard Skills:

End-to-end product design

Ability to drive discovery, IA, interaction design, and prototyping from initial framing through delivery.

Systems design + information architecture

Experience designing for large-scale, multi-surface, or enterprise

environments. Understands how data models, taxonomy, and master data inuence UX.

Design systems uency

Procient in building, maintaining, and scaling component libraries, tokens, and UI patterns.

UX strategy + problem framing

Skilled at simplifying complexity, identifying assumptions, proposing

multiple solution paths, and driving toward clarity even when details are in ux.

Prociency in Figma

Expert-level use of components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and collaboration within shared design environments.

Cross-functional collaboration

Ability to partner effectively with product managers, front-end developers, and back-end engineers. Comfortable working within agile or iterative delivery models.

Communication and presentation of design rationale

Capable of articulating the why behind design decisions, facilitating working sessions, and using storytelling to inuence direction.

Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking

Shows end-to-end rationale, clear structure, interaction design depth, and problem-solving at scale.

Soft Skills:

Strategic, systems-oriented mindset

Thinks beyond screens considers workows, dependencies, data, limitations and evergreen scalability.

Consulting presence

Comfortable in client-facing environments. Manages expectations, guides conversations, and provides grounded, condent recommendations.

Proactive, autonomous working style

Self-directed, able to move work forward without heavy oversight. Anticipates needs and addresses gaps early.

Collaborative partner

Builds strong working relationships across disciplines. Knows when to push, when to listen, and how to create alignment.

Strong communicator and storyteller

Explains complex ideas in a way that s accessible and compelling. Frames problems and solutions clearly for stakeholders.

User advocate

Keeps the user at the center of decision-making while balancing stakeholder requests, business goals and technical constraints.

Comfortable with ambiguity

Operates effectively when requirements are evolving. Finds clarity, proposes hypotheses, and tests ideas without needing perfect

information.

Required Skills & Experience:

5-8+ years of professional product design experience

Demonstrated capability designing for complex, multi-surface, or enterprise systems

Experience working with and contributing to design systems


Strong understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, and data-driven UX

High prociency in Figma

Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams

Portfolio showing clear systems thinking, rationale, and end-to-end execution

Bonus Points:

Experience with operational tools, transaction-heavy systems, or multi-role enterprise environments

Familiarity with how master data and system hierarchies inuence UX and product architecture

Experience in consultancy or agency engagements
