Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking a mid-level Desktop/Application Analyst to support with Optical Lab applications and programming. The ideal candidate will provides assistance in one or all areas of applications programming that includes testing, design, and analysis. Provide technical support to the team responsible for a subset of business systems applications. Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications.
Contract: 3 month contract (Extension / Conversion TBD)
Rate: $40+ / hr
Top 3 Skills: IT troubleshooting/tech support, Data entry/management, Data Analysis

Require Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field.]
- 2+ years experience providing application/desktop support,
- 2+ years experience working it vendors,
- 2+ years experience supporting servers,
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing,
- 1+ years experience with union environment.
Systems Knowledge: MS Suite, SQL, Linux/Unix
Expected Shift: It will start off at 8-5 for training purposes, then move to 630-330 once they are caught up.
Interview Process: Multiple-stage process. First with my team and myself. Candidates will then get a second interview with other coworkers. Interview will be virtual over teams.
Top Three things Worker will be doing
1. Supporting/Troubleshoot the LMS (Lab Management System, custom application)
2. Work on Process improvement.
3. Optical Lab Support.
