Title: Clinical Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clinical stakeholders and case managers to understand healthcare processes and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyze and document business processes, use cases, workflows, and user stories with a focus on healthcare, clinical, and case management systems.
Lead and participate in UAT planning, test scenario development, and execution.
Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and testers to ensure solution quality and alignment with clinical outcomes and patient data workflows.
Manage stakeholder expectations across geographies including the US, UK, South Africa, and offshore teams.
Develop training manuals and conduct training sessions for power users in clinical environments.
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for application-related communications and issue resolution.
Lead requirements elicitation workshops, wireframe design, and stakeholder demos.
Coordinate with IT teams to automate manual processes using tools like SharePoint, Power Automate, and JIRA.
Drive continuous improvement and delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant applications in healthcare environments.
Maintain strong documentation for audit trails, security access workflows, and compliance purposes.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.E. CSE preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis.
Strong experience in the healthcare domain, particularly in case management and clinical application implementations.
Hands-on experience with tools such as SharePoint Online, Power Automate, MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, including requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution delivery.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Insurance or Automotive domains.
Exposure to SharePoint migration projects (Lotus Notes to SharePoint).
Experience working with ServiceNow, Cherwell, or similar workflow platforms.
Knowledge of data migration, application redesign, and process automation.
