NOW HIRING: Desktop Support / Media Production Technician
Location: Wethersfield, CT Onsite
Rate: $35/hr on C2C or W2

The Connecticut Department of Corrections (CT DOC) Board of Pardons and Paroles (BOPP) is looking for a Media Production Technician to support daily production of parole, pardon, and commutation hearings.
You ll be responsible for managing audio-visual operations, coordinating Zoom/Teams meetings, and ensuring high-quality content is delivered and published on YouTube and the BOPP website.
Responsibilities:
Support daily video production of hearings
Operate and maintain AV recording equipment
Set up Zoom/Teams meetings
Post hearing links online (BOPP website, YouTube)
Perform basic tech maintenance and inventory management
Skills & Knowledge:
Video/audio production experience
Basic AV equipment maintenance and setup
Familiarity with YouTube, Zoom, MS Teams
Ability to write scripts, prepare graphics/slides
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
