Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support ongoing Salesforce enhancements, requirement gathering, and cross-functional project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on Salesforce knowledge, and experience working closely with technical and business teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports & Dashboards, and standard CRM processes.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with UAT coordination and process workflows.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar.
