Requirements:

5 8 years; Bachelor's Degree; cross-cloud expert

End-to-end solution delivery, stakeholder management

Objective: support Company in its efforts to implement Salesforce Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud solutions to meet internal and external objectives.

Must possess experience deploying Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud solutions. Experience with AgentForce is highly desired.

Overall effort of the project is to support the following:

Solution architecture, configuration, and deployment across key Salesforce modules

Integration support with external systems and data pipelines

Knowledge transfer and documentation

Accelerated delivery of platform milestones
