This Data Analyst Senior role is an experienced, data-driven position, which is charged with modeling, analyzing, and reporting on data to senior management, which can be used in the development and refinement of business strategy and tactical execution. This role will help increase the productivity and effectiveness of the sales teams by working with business partners to drive improvements in a range of tactical & strategic areas and assist in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions. Key to this position will be the interpretation of results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining. The individual in this role will need to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets. Note: this role is remote but you will be expected to come into the office on occasion at 1010 Grand in Kansas City, MO.

Compensation Range:
$69,230.00 - $149,000.00

How you'll spend your time:
- You will work cross-functionally with sales, sales operations, and internal partners to achieve company objectives, standardize reporting and create dashboards, with emphasis on sales activities, effectiveness and business impact.
- You will provide on-going analysis of sales organization's performance by identifying efficiency/cross-sell opportunities, applying proper hypothesis testing, and making insightful recommendations.
- You will provide Reporting & Analytics-Envision, create and deliver high quality, easy to use reports/dashboards/models, as needed.
- You will create and maintain information that summarizes, analyzes and reports key business metrics, and deliver ongoing sales key performance metrics.
- You will create automated and ad-hoc custom reports to analyze sales productivity.
- You will support process improvement efforts through both technical innovation and process improvements to automate complex tasks, minimize manual work, and ensure data hygiene and integrity.
- You will perform data maintenance, audits & production support by using understanding of system(s) setup and data flow to track data, system, and interface issues, coordinating issue resolution with software vendor or internal team members in timely manner, testing and implementing resolutions, maintaining system tables and creating reports from multiple data sources, developing procedures for regular maintenance and audits, and routinely review processes for continuous improvement opportunities.
- You will provide recommendations in close collaboration with Salesforce Administration and Sales Leaders.
- You will support the introduction and buildout of AI and Process Automation in support of Sales and Sales Operations processes.

- You possess a Bachelor's degree in technical, business intelligence and/or financial field and 5+ years data analytics & modeling experience with 3+ years technical problem solving.
- You have Excel MO 201 certification or ability to attain (Microsoft expert certification).
- You have 3+ years of banking, financial services or finance experience.
- You have 1+ year of project management experience OR any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
- You have excellent analytical and quantitative skills to generate insights from data and translate it into actionable changes.
- You have advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- You have exceptional organizational skills and pay keen attention to detail.
- You have ability to write, present, share ideas and articulate concepts.
- You have problem-solving skills to make decisions based on limited precedents or guidelines.
