Title: PeopleSoft System Administrator
REMOTE

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft System Administrator with deep expertise in Vertex Q Series installation and configuration. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of PeopleSoft applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and upgrade PeopleSoft applications.

  • Manage development, testing, and production environments.

  • Perform system refreshes and data migrations.

  • Monitor performance and resolve technical issues proactively.

  • Implement and maintain security protocols including access controls and data encryption.

  • Customize systems using PeopleCode and Application Designer.

  • Support integrations with other enterprise platforms.

  • Create custom reports and dashboards.

  • Conduct data cleansing, validation, and manage imports/exports.

  • Coordinate updates/upgrades and communicate changes to stakeholders.

  • Provide technical support and resolve system issues.

  • Analyze and optimize system performance.

Vertex Q Series Responsibilities:

  • Identify plug-in, DLL, and library locations.

  • Set environment variables and install/configure the Vertex Q Series.

  • Test installation and troubleshoot issues.

  • Configure hardware/network for seamless Vertex integration.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Vertex installation and configuration.

  • Strong PeopleCode and Application Designer proficiency.

  • Skilled in performance monitoring and issue resolution.

  • Data management and integrity expertise.

  • Experience with system security and access controls.

  • Technical support and user issue resolution experience.

  • Knowledge of change management processes.

  • Hands-on experience with system integration projects.
