Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design, configure, and manage Splunk ITSI dashboards, KPIs, and service models for proactive IT monitoring.
• Apply AIOps methodologies to enhance anomaly detection, event correlation, and predictive analysis.
• Work with time series databases to process and analyze time-dependent data for performance and forecasting.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support IT operations and business teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product) to align data insights with business goals.
• Utilize Python (nice to have) for data automation, scripting, and advanced analysis when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Splunk ITSI (IT Service Intelligence) including KPIs, glass tables, and service modeling.
• Proven hands-on expertise in AIOps implementations (event correlation, anomaly detection, predictive analytics).
• Proficiency with time series databases (e.g., InfluxDB, TimescaleDB, or similar).
• Solid command of SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
