Title: Scrum Master
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 4+ month CTH
Interview Mode: Video
Candidate must sit in one of the following states: AZ, UT, AK, MT, WY, CA, NV
Bay Area/Phoenix candidates will be expected to go onsite 2-3 days a week
- Certified Scrum Master
- Some Copado experience
- Strong Jira Focus
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce environments; direct Salesforce experience highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of Copado and its integrations.
- Experience working with multiple, distributed teams across organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Track progress across internal, vendor, and Salesforce Pro Serve teams, identifying and removing roadblocks.
- Create and manage advanced JIRA automations to streamline story tracking, workflow management, and development pipeline movement.
- Escalate issues promptly and coordinate cross-team resolutions.
- Apply Agile/Scrum to best practices, adapting processes to fit team needs.
- Leverage automation tools (and potentially AI in the future) to improve efficiency in story tracking and development processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Utilize a basic understanding of Copado for release and deployment coordination.
