Job Details

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. This Classification requires a minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.
2. This classification requires possession of (a) a bachelor s degree, and (b) a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which will be verified during the Request for Offer (RFO) process.
3. Five (5) years of experience managing technology product teams, developing detailed task level System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) plans and directing technology product teams through all phases of the SDLC.
4. Five (5) years of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) technical requirements.
5. Five (5) years of Healthcare Information Technology (IT) project management experience and a working knowledge of hospital and clinic departmental workflows.
6. Five (5) years of experience collaborating with clinical staff to assess current and future state workflows.
7. Five (5) years of experience in the planning, design and development of processes and procedures to ensure they meet Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and IT requirements for managing privacy of healthcare and patient data.
8. Experience implementing systems with over 18,000 users.
9. Experience managing educational documents and scheduling training for clinical staff and all end users.
10. Demonstrating a depth of knowledge of system development methodologies to include an understanding of technologies employed for an EMR.
11. Experience leading IT cross-functional technical product development teams/resources (e.g. business analysts, application architects, software engineers, test engineers, etc.), in a matrixed environment, in all aspects of technical program management and technical product delivery.
