Job Details

The experience you need to excel in the role:

  • Must have experience with Viva Engage/Viva Connections
  • 7 years of Microsoft Server products, Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 technologies
  • 4-5 years of SharePoint development experience, especially with SharePoint Framework (SPfX) development
  • Strong experience with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online
  • SharePoint branding and customization options
  • Remediation / redevelopment of legacy SharePoint designer customizations, including 2010 workflows,
  • Microsoft Graph API (not only for SharePoint but Viva Engage as well)
  • Understanding of using Azure Data-gateways for integrating Power Automate flows with SharePoint on-premises
  • Understanding of Microsoft Graph Search connectors and creating custom Graph Search Connectors using the Graph Search SDK
  • In depth advanced PowerShell development skills
  • Using SharePoint Designer & InfoPath
  • Remediation of legacy full-trust code customizations - most of this already done
  • Viva Engage community creation and management using Microsoft Graph API
  • Taking on internal initiatives to create services opportunities, work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple demands, addressing shifting priorities while maintaining focus
  • Use trace analysis, debug skills, source code, and other proprietary tools, to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs; this may involve writing code
  • Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals
  • Using Flow & Microsoft forms for creation of advanced workflow functions for SharePoint Online
