Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Selenium Automation QA Engineer to join our team in Atlanta, GA, with mandatory Day 1 onsite reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and QA team members to identify test scenarios and ensure full coverage.
• Analyze test results, document defects, and track them to closure using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Create and maintain automation frameworks (Hybrid, Data-Driven, POM, etc.).
• Ensure test automation best practices and continuous improvements.
• Work closely with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience
• Strong proficiency in Java (or Python/C#, depending on your team s stack).
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Maven/Gradle.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Experience with automation frameworks and test design patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience in BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
• Knowledge of SQL/Database testing.
• Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter etc.).
