Location: Remote and MUST work EST Zone Hours to be present with European Partners

What You'll Do
- Manage mobile app user acquisition campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, and more.
- Analyze campaign performance and build data-driven strategies to maximize results.
- Identify and test new, cost-effective channels to expand the media mix.
- Design and run A/B tests to uncover winning creative and messaging tactics.
- Partner closely with the Creative team to review performance insights and inform future campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Marketing and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners to stay ahead of trends and emerging opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- MINIMUM 3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing mobile app user acquisition campaigns.
- Proven success executing performance-based campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make budget and creative recommendations.
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
- Experience with SQL or other analytical tools is a plus.
