Job Overview:
The role involves working as a hands-on developer within the SharePoint Engineering team, responsible for building and enhancing the SharePoint platform both on-premises and in the cloud. The position requires expertise in Office 365 SharePoint migration, document management governance, and integration of several Office 365 services such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Planner, and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP). The candidate will collaborate with clients, third-party vendors, and internal teams to deliver strategic governance solutions while developing custom tools and applications targeting the cloud.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with MD and ED stakeholders.
  • Independently manage projects and deliver on time.
  • Design and implement Office 365 document management governance best practices.
  • Onboard clients to the Office 365 platform.
  • Develop and integrate custom tools targeting cloud infrastructure.
  • Work on integration of Office 365 services such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Planner, and MIP.
  • Maintain and support SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office 365 platforms.
  • Collaborate with end-users and business owners to create and update SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, pages, apps, forms, and workflows.
  • Provide training sessions and end-user support for SharePoint tasks.
  • Research and suggest new features for implementation on the platform.

Qualifications:
  • Strong skills in C#, ASP.Net, and PowerShell.
  • Understanding of Modern Authentication, Graph API, and Azure AD Application.
  • Experience with SharePoint site and group site permissions.
  • Proficiency in OneDrive account, site, and permissions management.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with OneDrive, SharePoint, and OD sync clients.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with application and system tool development for infrastructure systems.
  • Knowledge of Github, Jira, and SDLC agile development techniques.
  • Strong fundamentals in SharePoint, including lists, document libraries, permissions, content types, and workflows.
  • Understanding of Single Sign-On technologies such as Ping Federate, SAML, and Windows Kerberos.
  • Experience with Office 365 application development, management, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of Exchange Online, user profiles, features, and mail flow.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
  • Troubleshooting experience with on-prem/online platforms, networking, and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP).
  • Ability to reorganize and restructure site contents.
  • Experience with SQL programming is desired.

Pay Range: $80 - $89.43/hour on W2
