Responsibilities:
- 15 years' experience as a Business Analyst with strong Crop insurance domain experience
- 5+ years of experience working as a Program Manager.
- Strong insurance domain functional expertise and support solutioning
- Experience in Agile / Scrum projects with onsite-offshore delivery model
- Strong BA experience with the ability to drive and influence business conversations.
- Hands on experience writing user stories, product model, rating and form specifications.
- Excellent communication, client interfacing and documentation skills
