Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Data Scientist to join our client s team in Atlanta, GA. This is a W2 hybrid position, requiring 2 3 days onsite each week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data-driven decision making, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into data science solutions

  • Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Work with engineering teams to implement models into production environments

  • Continuously improve models and tools based on performance and business feedback

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 8+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning roles

  • Strong knowledge of Python or R, with experience using libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch

  • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases

  • Experience building and tuning machine learning models (classification, regression, NLP, etc.)

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn

  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and data wrangling

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field

  • Experience working in hybrid or enterprise environments

  • Knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD, and model deployment frameworks

  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
