Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a M365 SharePoint Online and Power Platform Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions aligning business needs and governance standards
Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements
Configure, customize, and develop SharePoint site components, libraries, lists, and metadata structures
Advanced troubleshooting of permissions, inheritance, access issues, and content problems
Monitor and report on performance, usage, and health of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
Provide documentation and guidance to business users on platform capabilities and best practices
Qualifications:
Proactive mindset and desire to continuously learn
Ability to diagnose workflow failures and connector errors
Advanced troubleshooting capability with Power Automate flows and Power Apps
Hands-on experience managing and deploying updates across Power Platform environments
Advanced knowledge with creating and applying governance controls, security roles, and DLP policies within SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments
Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex platform issues
M365 enterprise environment experience 5+ years
Strong understanding of core M365 services specifically SharePoint Online and Power Platform 5+ years
Experience with regulated or financial services environments 5+ years
Experience supporting/using Power Platform and SharePoint Online 5+ years
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $115,000 or the hourly equivalent.
