Job Details
Title: SAP Accounting & Controlling Lead SAP Accounting & Controlling Lead
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 4+ month contract
Work Requirements: , Holder, or Authorized to Work in the US
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Validate alignment of U.S. GAAP with global IFRS-based processes
- Lead fit-gap sessions for financial accounting and controlling processes
- Define requirements for chart of accounts mapping, multi-ledger setups, and legal entity structures
- Document functional specs and support configuration decisions
Skills & Expertise:
- SAP FI and CO
- Familiarity with financial reporting, cost allocations, intercompany flows, and consolidation principles
- Working knowledge of U.S. tax, financial close, and statutory requirements
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Expected Background:
- Experience with at least 1 SAP S/4 HANA implementation
