Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Security Administrator to support a critical government-affiliated client. This role focuses on security design, implementation, and day-to-day support across SAP environments including ECC, BI/BOBJ, PLM, GRC, Portal, and ARIS. The ideal candidate must be local to NJ or able to travel to PICA as needed (travel costs not covered) and must meet W2 employment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement SAP roles and authorizations across ECC, BI, PLM, Portal, and GRC.

Support both Production and Non-Production SAP systems daily.

Troubleshoot authorization issues, system access errors, and monitor alerts.

Perform regular SAP security tasks such as:

o Portal consistency checks and repairs

o Inactivity reviews (180-day) and user locks

o License usage and privileged user audits

o Upload and manage Business, Composite, and Single Roles in GRC

o Execute audit support activities and security notes review.

Configure and test SAP GRC modules: ARA, ARM, and EAM.

Support role design and provisioning for applications including eNova, Inval, ICAM, and PLM WebUI.

Conduct user trace analysis and assign authorizations based on logs.

Collaborate with the Basis team for installations and configuration.

Assist with application audits and FIORI/Cloud migration security testing.

Respond to JIRA service tasks and open tickets for security-related incidents

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP Security administration experience.

Strong expertise in SAP GRC (Access Control), ECC, BI/BOBJ, PLM, Portal, and ARIS.

Experience with ICAM implementation and cloud security migration/testing.

Proficiency in running SAP reports for auditing, compliance, and troubleshooting.

Ability to support security audits, compliance checks, and vulnerability reviews.

Experience with JIRA or ticket-based workflow environments.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.
