RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Analyst in New York, NY.

Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce-focused Data Analyst/Business Analyst to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team. This role will analyze business and marketing data to optimize spend, improve campaign effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce reporting and data analysis skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce-specific terms for technical teams.

Responsibilities:
* Analyze marketing and business data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize spend
* Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into lead flow, pipeline health, and marketing ROI
* Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce developers, translating requirements into Salesforce terminology
* Partner with the Salesforce development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately
* Document requirements, workflows, and data processes related to Salesforce objects (Leads, Opportunities, etc.)
* Provide recommendations to maximize marketing impact with reduced spend through better targeting and reporting
* Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate data integration, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role with strong Salesforce exposure
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce objects such as Leads, Opportunities, and lead flow
* Ability to perform data analysis, identify trends, and translate findings into business recommendations
* Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards
* Strong documentation skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Preferred Skills:
* Experience connecting Salesforce to external databases
* Familiarity with marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement
* Knowledge of Salesforce lead management processes and marketing workflows

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
