Program/Project Manager

Role: Program/Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in NYC (3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end project management for complex, cross-departmental programs (including Digital, IT, Operations, and Marketing initiatives)
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk assessments, and communication strategies
• Facilitate meetings, provide regular status updates, and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed
• Identify potential roadblocks and proactively recommend solutions to ensure progress and mitigate risk
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and third-party vendors
• Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus)
• 5+ years of project or program management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment (experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality a plus)

Different types of trx - eCommerce, Recurring billing, Card on File, Point Of Sale

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate across levels
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects on time and on budget
• High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a go-getter attitude
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project
