About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Business Data Analysts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data mapping, and data transformations within large-scale data environments. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, business SMEs, and technical teams to ensure seamless requirement gathering, documentation, and delivery of data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data transformations in large-scale enterprise applications.
- Work with SQL to optimize queries, develop analytical reports, and validate data quality.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into detailed source-to-target mappings (STTM).
- Ensure proper data consolidation, transformation, and standardization across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business SMEs to understand data requirements and deliver accurate solutions.
- Support the policy and claims lifecycle within the Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C) domain.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, mapping, and transformations in large-scale environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and analytical queries.
- Proven experience in business requirement gathering and STTM documentation.
- Exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization practices.
- 3+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C) domain, including policy and claims lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with business stakeholders and SMEs.
