Position Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, data modeling, and enterprise data warehousing. This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to lead other BSAs, and a deep understanding of data mapping and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and maintain source-to-target data mappings.
- Lead and mentor other BSAs on project teams.
- Design and document data models using Erwin or similar tools.
- Support data integration efforts using Snowflake and AWS S3.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in the financial services (banking) industry.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS S3.
- Proficiency in data modeling using Erwin or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing principles.
- Proven ability to create detailed source-to-target mappings.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading other BSAs on project teams.
