Job Details

Job Title: PEGA CDH NBA Designer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (preferred) or Remote
We are seeking an experienced PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Next Best Action (NBA) Designer to join our team for a strategic engagement with Client . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PEGA CDH, specifically in designing and implementing NBA strategies and decisioning frameworks that enhance customer engagement and marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure Next Best Action (NBA) strategies using PEGA CDH.
  • Translate business objectives into intelligent decisioning and engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, decisioning architects, and campaign managers to capture requirements and configure decisioning rules.
  • Leverage PEGA s AI and decisioning capabilities (adaptive/ predictive models, decision tables, strategies) to personalize customer interactions.
  • Design, configure, and test customer engagement flows, treatments, offers, and real-time containers.
  • Collaborate with PEGA architects and developers to ensure optimal technical implementation.
  • Review existing NBA use cases and optimize them for performance, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and bank security and data handling policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in PEGA, with at least 2+ years working specifically on PEGA CDH/NBA.
  • Strong knowledge of PEGA decisioning components including Strategies, Decision Tables, Predictive Models, and Adaptive Models.
  • Experience designing NBA strategies for banking, financial services, or similar regulated environments.
  • Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, real-time decisioning, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PEGA CSA and/or CPDC certifications strongly preferred.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with PEGA Marketing/Campaigns, PEGA 8.x+ versions, and real-time container integrations.
  • Prior work experience in the banking or financial domain.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration in PEGA.
