Amentum is seeking a Senior Capability Manager (SCM) at Fort Belvoir, VA for an upcoming opportunity supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). This program will inform and implement Army policy and provide access to, training for, and management and oversight of enterprise-approved OSINT capabilities for the Army. In addition, provide limited tool and training support as approved by the AOO to Counter-Intelligence (CI) personnel, non-intelligence personnel, and foreign intelligence partners conducting like activities, as needed.

Essential Duties:
- Manage feedback and capability exploration forexpansion of existing and emerging OSINT capabilities to assist with AOO leadership decisionmaking.
- Interact with senior Army leadership, supported forces, industry IT leaders, Data Scienceindustry leaders and IC/DoD Partners to assist in the development of AOO data strategyobjectives, application identification and implementation.
- Coordinate allcapability assessments of existing OSINT/PAI capabilities and emerging technologies,recommendations for integration into the OSINT Toolkit, and assist with execution plans formoving new tools into the operational environment.
- Assist in determining the bestsolution needed to address the gaps, overlaps and any possible duplication effort at theenterprise-level rather than at the individual operator's level. This includes synchronization of ITstrategy and planning with AOO's existing and future business goals to include promotion ofshared applications and infrastructure to cut expenditures and enhance the flow of informationusing big data analytics.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must possess a current U.S government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum ten years of experience in MI, national intelligence or academia, data science, or library science.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in the intelligence field for the U.S. Army or Joint Commands.
- Graduate of OS301/OS302/OS401/CASO TM/Touchstone Analytics/Echo AnalyticsCourse or other DoD/IC equivalent.
- Experience in All Source Intelligence, SIGINT, HUMINT, CI, GEOINT, Open SourceSupport to Cyber Operations, Information Operations, or Special Operations.
