Inflation Reduction Act - Client


The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has introduced the HEAR program using funding from the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Under HEAR, Client administers the Appliance Upgrade Program, which provides rebates to New York households below 150% AMI (State s Area Median Income) for the purchase of an ENERGY STAR certified heat pump clothes dryer (including an all-in-one washer-dryer with a heat pump dryer), and electrical wiring and panel upgrades necessary for its installation.

Setting up a MyEnergy profile and applying online is the fastest way to apply for your rebates - User needs to Residents who require electrical upgrades to install their heat pump clothes dryer must work with a participating contractor. Additionally, in certain municipalities, residents replacing a gas clothes dryer must work with a participating contractor to cap the gas line before installing a heat pump clothes dryer.

Salesforce is highly desire; other CRM is also fine.
Interact with the call centre customers, interact with vendors, distributors, tech contractors, electrical wires, gas change etc. Helping call center team to respond or jump in the call or escalation.
Looking at higher level expert, Build dashboard, keep track record of fund spends, identify the needs and work on it.
Commercial process organization, balances the needs of the stakeholders.
Set expectations to draw the line to review applications received from the customers. Person will not review or approve the application but set the bars as he is at monitoring role.

Program and Project Management:
Experience managing or implementing Client, utility, or similar incentive programs for energy efficiency, appliance upgrades, or renewable products.

Technical & Sector Knowledge:
Understanding of energy efficiency, renewable energy technologies, and decarbonization programs
Familiarity with State energy, environmental, and economic development issues is preferred

Experience managing or implementing Client or utility incentive programs
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, including report and dashboard building
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Certifications and qualifications, including education/degree:
Bachelor's Degree
Graduate degree, PMP certification, Six Sigma and/or Lean certification preferred

IT systems that will be used:

Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Asana, Oracle PeopleSoft, Salesforce

Tasks:
Work with Client implementation contractors to manage program metrics collection from end-to-end and ensure data completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness: *Develop and issue requests for data; manage workflows for timely intake; *Identify and implement solutions and tools to improve data quality; *Develop and execute processes and procedures that result in increased compliance for participating retailers and contractors, quality assurance, and remedial actions
Perform rigorous data analysis necessary to support effective program delivery: *Conduct data analyses required to improve program performance, increase impact, streamline customer and partner (retailers and contractors) interactions, reduce cycle times for proc, and manage risks associated with program delivery; *Effectively communicate findings, provide recommendations, and problem-solve with management and other relevant internal and external stakeholders
Evolve and continuously adapt strategies to optimize impact and effectiveness based on results, market data and insights, evaluation, expertise, and critical thinking;
Collaborate with Client s implementation contractors to ensure program deliverables and reporting are executed in a timely manner;
Participate in testing for ongoing system development;
Develop documentation for use by customers, partners, and internal stakeholders;
Quantify and document program activities and assess progress against established goals;
Model diligent attention to Client processes and champion process improvements;
Other duties as assigned that contribute to the key outcomes of the Codes & Standards team
