Job Title: Project Coordinator

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Project Director and Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. This role plays a key part in facilitating communication across a large, cross-functional team and ensuring project activities, documentation, and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate communication between project stakeholders and a team of 25+ members.
Schedule, organize, and manage project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting notes.
Track project assignments, deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure on-time completion.
Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, progress updates, and action items.
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for executive reviews and stakeholder updates.
Assist with risk identification, issue tracking, and resolution to keep projects on schedule.
Support the Project Director and Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting large teams (25+ members).
Familiarity with executive-level reporting and documentation standards.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (required).
