Job Title: Project Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Project Director and Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. This role plays a key part in facilitating communication across a large, cross-functional team and ensuring project activities, documentation, and reporting are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between project stakeholders and a team of 25+ members.

  • Schedule, organize, and manage project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting notes.

  • Track project assignments, deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure on-time completion.

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, progress updates, and action items.

  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for executive reviews and stakeholder updates.

  • Assist with risk identification, issue tracking, and resolution to keep projects on schedule.

  • Support the Project Director and Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in project coordination or a related role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting large teams (25+ members).

  • Familiarity with executive-level reporting and documentation standards.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (required).
