Hello,
Role: AMS Consultant (Kinaxis)
Mode of work: Remote
Location: US or Canada (Preferably US)
Start date is immediate.
Level of Exp: 8+ years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Resource should work as AMS Consultant and Provide Support (in US business hours) to the client.
- Should handle incident, service requests and problem tickets within SLA.
- Should monitor Daily Integration activities and data loads.
- Should interact with client closely and assist to find the root cause and resolution.
- Should work with Offshore team and ensure ticket are resolved and review deliverables as required
Essential Skills:
- Experienced and certified in Kinaxis Authoring, Integration & administration activities.
- Strong knowledge of Resource Authoring (Workbook, forms, Worksheets )
- Must have knowledge in L3 support activities like on call, Service Now, Incident, Service Request and Problem tickets.
