responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management and third-party vendors to develop and implement email marketing best practices, optimizing campaigns, landing pages, and digital content for user engagement.
- Provide technical support to division-level teams, troubleshooting automation issues (e.g., campaign flows, segmentation, triggers) and ensuring seamless execution.
- Design, test, and execute email and automation campaigns, leveraging A/B testing, audience segmentation, and lead scoring to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Train and coach Digital Marketing Specialists on email and landing page assets, aligning with organizational goals and supporting career development.
- Clearly communicate program updates and strategic changes to digital marketing teams, tailoring guidance to varying skill levels.
- Conduct program audits to ensure campaign structure, content, and audience selection adhere to best practices and brand/regulatory standards.
- Document program changes and create user guides (e.g., video tutorials, PowerPoint presentations) to support team adoption and process clarity.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., open/click rates, ROI) and recommend data-driven enhancements to improve lead nurturing and channel acquisition.
- Partner with external vendors to advance automation projects, ensuring timely updates and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Bring new strategic ideas to the table for marketing automation processes.

qualifications:
Requirements (Must-Haves):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on expertise in email marketing and demand generation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce (highly preferred) with a strong understanding of audience segmentation, lead scoring, and workflow triggers.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic automation issues and propose innovative personalization strategies.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency for creating training materials and presentations.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a collaborative approach to supporting diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and apply best practices using data-driven insights.
- Comfortable working onsite Monday-Thursday in Irvine, CA, with remote work on Fridays.
- Preferences (Nice-to-Haves):
- Proficiency in Adobe Marketo specifically.
- Experience with Adobe Digital Asset Management, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop), or similar tools for digital asset creation.
- Familiarity with video, call tracking, or email testing platforms.
