Job Title: Product Manager, Business Systems
Location: Remote
Rate: $65-70/hour

Job Summary:
The Product Manager, Business Systems drives the evolution of our internal business systems, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role balances strategic vision with tactical delivery, playing a key role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering capabilities that support our customer support teams. The position operates within an Agile development process, collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver well-integrated, scalable solutions that create value.
Key Duties:

Own the product backlog for internal business systems workstreams, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder needs.

Define and communicate product vision and strategy for internal systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Evaluate current business processes across products to determine optimal workflows that serve multiple products.

Gather and synthesize business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for system improvement.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews; actively engage in daily stand-ups.

Partner with development teams to deliver high-quality system enhancements, configurations, and integrations.

Prioritize work based on business impact, technical feasibility, and team capacity.

Manage timelines and dependencies across multiple initiatives while maintaining flexibility for iteration.

Serve as a subject matter expert on internal workflows, driving best practices and informed decision-making.
Education/Training:
-
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, etc.) or 4 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role.
Required Work Experience/Skills:
-
4+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a software or tech-focused environment.

Demonstrated success balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
-
Experience working within Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
-
Familiarity with systems integration, data mapping, and process optimization.
-
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
-
Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Preferred Work Experience/Skills:
-
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365; broad understanding of modules for sales, marketing, finance, implementation, support, etc.

Agile or Product Owner certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).

Background working with multiple enterprise platforms.

Experience in the healthcare industry.
