Job Title: Support Services Project Manager
Location: Remote (based in Louisiana)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Support Services Project Manager to provide project oversight and support for long-term initiatives across multiple agencies and teams. This position is responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle activities including planning, tracking, coordination, documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day project management support for assigned initiatives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as status reports, schedules, plans, risk/issue logs, and other related materials.
Coordinate resource planning and utilization across project efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, milestones, and success metrics.
Track project milestones and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
Maintain and update detailed software and hardware maintenance documentation.
Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders and various technical and functional teams.
Prepare end-user documentation and conduct training sessions as required.
Deliver technical knowledge transfer and training to internal staff for all assigned work.
Mandatory Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience across a range of technology initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) or law enforcement technology projects.
Prior project management experience in a state or local government environment, especially within Louisiana.
PMP certification or equivalent.
Scrum Master certification.
Proven success in managing large-scale projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
