Job Title: 3D Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing 3D assets and environments for [games, simulations, VR/AR experiences, or other applications]. You will work closely with designers, artists, and engineers to bring immersive and interactive 3D experiences to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement 3D models, environments, animations, and effects.

  • Integrate 3D assets into engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.

  • Collaborate with game designers, artists, and software developers to ensure performance and visual fidelity.

  • Optimize assets for performance on different platforms (PC, mobile, VR, etc.).

  • Write and maintain scripts or shaders to enhance 3D visuals and interactivity.

  • Troubleshoot and debug 3D-related issues in the production pipeline.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proficiency with 3D tools such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.

  • Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.

  • Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation.

  • Knowledge of scripting languages like C#, Python, or Blueprints.

  • Understanding of real-time rendering pipelines and performance optimization techniques.

  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.

  • A portfolio showcasing 3D work (models, environments, effects, etc.).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AR/VR or XR development.

  • Familiarity with shader programming (HLSL/GLSL/Shader Graph).

  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).

  • Understanding of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows.
