Job Description of Role* (RNR) - To be Evaluated by Technical Panel (Define it to give more clarity) | We are seeking a highly experienced Pharma Commercial Domain Expert to join our Life Sciences team, with a focus on enabling internal and external stakeholders through strategic domain leadership, training, and solution contextualization. This role is pivotal in driving Veeva CRM capability-building, supporting client solutioning, and aligning project delivery with pharmaceutical commercial best practices.
The ideal candidate will be expected to: Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional specifications for development teams. Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose technology-driven solutions that address business challenges. Demonstrate a strong understanding of how digital tools and platforms can enhance customer and user experiences. Analyze existing business and digital processes to identify gaps, if any. Propose and drive improvements to streamline operations and enhance effectiveness. Develop well-structured user stories and comprehensive acceptance criteria to guide development and testing efforts. Define test strategies and detailed test plans. Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing to ensure product quality and compliance. Support product owners in refining and prioritizing the product backlog. Facilitate knowledge transfer and support training and change management initiatives. Familiarity with digital experience platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools used in medical and commercial contexts. Strong proficiency in tools such as Aha, JIRA, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau). |
