Job Details
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in hands-on Workday configuration across multiple modules.
- Proficiency in Workday System Administration and security configuration.
- Experience with leading Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
- Experience with Workday tools including EIB and Workday Docs.
- Experience with managing and mentoring junior HRIS team members.
- Experience with managing integrations with third-party benefits administrators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
- Serve as the primary Workday Systems Administrator ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Manage system integrations and EIB data loads for high-volume transactions.
- Conduct security audits and redesign security roles to ensure appropriate access.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support HR metrics.
- Lead Workday enhancement projects including requirements gathering and testing.
- Mentor junior HRIS analysts and provide guidance on project deliverables.
