Support & Maintenance

The platform is our business rules automation engine (Actico). It is a UI based type rules configurator where we can take business rules, create a flow and order of rules and execute these rules to get an answer. There are inputs and then it runs the rules and then spits out an answer. (I am completely simplifying this, however it is the gist.)

Below are the high level skills/needs. We could train the folks on the details (obv during training we would expect some level of discount on rate until they could execute on their own).

Note: I am not expecting someone to have the specific Actico platform experience, however anyone with business rules or BPMN type skills would fit well.

Technical Skills

Expertise in Actico Modeler Modeling business rules and capturing them

Expertise in implementing business rules - BPMN experience

Expertise in Rest API's how they work, using test applications to test out API calls

Responsibilities:

Analyzing legacy business processes, strip out the business rules and document

Developing the rules in ACTICO or like business rules system

Tasks involved:

Analysis of business rules and translate and document visually workflow of business rules

Great communication skills work with business SME's to gather rules and interpret documented legacy rules

Generation of schemas, mapping documents and process specifications
