Job Details
Role: SuccessFactors SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Type: Contract (6 12 months, extendable)
Location: Remote with occasional paid travel to Harrisburg, PA
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Lead SuccessFactors functional design, configuration, and implementation across modules (Employee Central mandatory)
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to drive HR transformation initiatives
Provide strategic advisory, best practices, and post-go-live support
Prepare functional documentation, design specs, and training material
Engage in testing, UAT, and integration coordination with related systems
Work closely with global teams in a remote setup with client-paid travel when required
- 10+ years of total HR Tech experience, 6+ years in SuccessFactors
- Hands-on expertise in Employee Central + 2 other modules (Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Learning, etc.)
- Proven experience as SuccessFactors SME / Solution Architect
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- SAP SF certification preferred
