Job Details

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-wide SAP Finance transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA and Central Finance programs. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Finance systems, outstanding leadership in RAID and readiness planning, and the ability to influence and communicate at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-country, multi-phase SAP Finance programs (S/4HANA, Central Finance, ECC to S/4HANA migrations).
  • Establish and run program governance structures, including steering committees and leadership forums.

    Own and drive comprehensive RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring visibility and mitigation at the C-suite level.

    Collaborate with change management teams to minimize business disruption and support adoption.

    Oversee all readiness activities including cutover planning, go-live execution, UAT, training, and business continuity planning.

    Ensure all finance process stakeholders are engaged and ready for each transformation milestone.

    Collaborate with SAP functional and technical leads to guide design and implementation of solutions across General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, COPA, and Product Costing.

    Ensure solution alignment with enterprise finance operations, reporting standards, and compliance.

    Serve as the key liaison between finance leadership (CFO, Controllers, FP&A) and the technical teams.

    Deliver executive-level updates, program KPIs, and strategic alignment to all stakeholders.

    Manage global, cross-functional internal teams and third-party vendors in a matrix environment.

  • Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive program management experience in SAP Finance systems.

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA and/or Central Finance programs.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise finance processes, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and regulatory compliance.

  • Deep functional knowledge of SAP FICO and integrations with MM/SD, tax engines (e.g., Vertex), and third-party systems.

  • Expertise in managing RAID and readiness activities at an enterprise level.

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence C-level leadership.

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.

  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or fast-growth industries is a strong plus.
