Hybrid Monday- Thursday in office.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer Leader to lead the development and delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, and modern software architecture practices, with a strong ability to mentor team members and drive technical excellence. You will mentor a team of developers, set coding standards, and play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, and RESTful APIs
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Team City and Octopus)
  • Experience with source control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with Git, branching strategies, and pull request workflows
  • Familiarity with continuous delivery/deployment pipelines and automated build systems

  • Proven ability to mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Experience leading code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automation
  • Drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and technical discussions
  • Stay up to date with the latest development trends and best practices in .NET technologies
  • Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend systems using C# and .NET Core
