Client Solutions Manager IV
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Client Solutions Manager IV for a REMOTE opportunity.
Position Title: Client Solutions Manager IV
Location: Remote (PST) preferred
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 Months
Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]
Pay Range: $65.73/hr-$70.48/hr

About the Role
The Client Solutions Manager IV (Compliance Support Lead) will drive the strategy, coordination, and execution of a high-impact program delivering proactive, white-glove compliance support to strategic partners. This role is pivotal in ensuring partners understand and meet integrity and privacy requirements, ultimately supporting developer success and positive user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Program & Project Management (60% Marketing, 40% Compliance)
- Manage and execute programs to improve compliance understanding for third parties.
- Interface directly with high-profile partners, providing 1:1 support on compliance.
- Identify gaps, guide solution discussions, and lead implementation of best practices.
- Track project progress, coordinate schedules, and maintain clear records of dependencies and deadlines.
- Prepare and present research to assist with client escalations.
- Lead meetings, set agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Communicate updates and recaps to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with policy, legal, product, engineering, data science, and dev ops teams to optimize compliance delivery.
Sample Day
- Review partner lists and upcoming regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and conduct partner calls, reviewing documentation and compliance notes.
- Participate in team stand-ups to share progress and challenges.
- Address partner questions, collaborate with SMEs, and document solutions for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
- 2-6 years in program management, customer service, or operations.
- Experience managing complex, high-visibility partnerships.
- Previous tech industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with integrity and compliance requirements is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in technical, liberal arts, or business-related field.
Core Skills:
- Strong independent worker and team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to write concise posts, long-form docs, and presentations.
- Comfortable leading meetings and troubleshooting with strategic partners.
- Proficient with Google Suite, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Experience with Salesforce and workflow tools is a plus.
Must-Have Competencies:
- Conflict navigation and effective solutioning.
- Book of business tracking and management.
- White-glove customer service experience.
