Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement).
  • Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile principles and SAFe framework practices.
  • Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Product Management during Program Increment (PI) Planning.
  • Support ART ceremonies, including PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt sessions.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, high team performance, and delivery excellence.
  • Monitor team metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and help the team improve over time.
  • Ensure teams adhere to Agile best practices and compliance in regulated environments (if applicable).
  • Work closely with Product Owner(s) to ensure well-groomed and prioritized backlogs.
  • Coordinate dependencies across teams and ensure alignment with the larger ART.
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams within the ART.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • 2+ years working in a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Lean, and SAFe framework.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne, Azure DevOps).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA) preferred.
