Job Title: Associate Principal - Program & Project Management

Job Description

• End to End Infrastructure Delivery management.
• Onprem & Cloud infrastructure support services
• Expert customer support delivery
• Delivery leadership experience in infra support services for a client portfolio of multiple accounts
• Critical SLA Management, Issue trend analysis, Problem management
• Excellent client relationship management stakeholder governance skills
• Onsite customer facing role with onsite offshore delivery support model
• Handle regular stakeholder governance planning and managing client schedules
• Understand client requirement and handle proposals from delivery
• Manage risks issues without disrupting delivery support account for revenue growth by managing high profitability
• Continue montoring for upskilling the delivery team
• Excellent team and people management skills
• Negotiate operational requirements with customer
• Account mining Handling new proposals
• Continuous Process/Service Improvements and Infrastructure automations
